ZZ Servers provides access to our state-of-the-art RAID storage arrays for your backup and data storage use. These network storage servers are connected via our 1000 GB network.

This backup solution is not managed; but you can use NFS, FTP, SCP, SFTP, and RSYNC to transfer and store your files to the network storage server.

How Does it work?

There are several methods available to transfer files from your location to the backup server. The most efficient method is RSYNC. RSYNC synchronizes only the files that have changed since the last backup, greatly reducing required bandwidth. By using RSYNC with on-the-fly compression, you can perform daily backups with less overhead than a 2-times-per-month full backup using FTP.
