Troubleshoot Site Connectivity Issues

Steps to troubleshoot network connectivity issues

1. Ask the client to run a tracert to the affected site. 
2. Run a tracert from your workstation to the affected site.
3. If there are other sites hosted on the same server, try connecting to them.
4. Make sure the domain name the client is trying to access is valid and not expired.
