How does ZZ Servers bill for work?

ZZ Servers uses a per-user pricing model for most services, where our clients are charged a per-user rate per user.

This model provides IT Support for your entire network and includes productivity and security software for each connected user.

We also offer flat-rate pricing options.  Please get in touch with us or request a quote for more information.

Once you contact us to request a quote, a ZZ Servers consultant will reach out to you to begin our five-step process:

Step 1: Assess. Consult with you to assess your current IT environment.

Step 2: Recommend. Develop recommendations custom to your business, and IT needs

Step 3: Review.  Present and fine-tune our recommendation to your specific need and budget

Step 4: Start Date.  Agree to a start date.

Step 5: IT Roadmap. Present your 24-month IT roadmap.

Step 6: Results. Transform your IT within 90 days. 

Step 7: Re-Assess. We continually review your technology and needs to adapt as needed.
